Beautiful two bedroom one bathroom apartment is the lower level of this house. The kitchen is fully equipped. This is a very roomy space with a real tropical feel. The private patio is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. There's a propane grill outside on a private deck. The beach is just a short 200 yards walk away and beach towels and chairs are provided. Start up supplies of soaps and paper are included to be replenished by the guests according to your needs. Washer and dryer included for convenience. Beautiful huge great room with the dining area, living room, & kitchen all open. Kitchen has been remodeled and has a breakfast bar as well as the dining area for plenty of space. The master suite has a huge walk in closet. There's a sitting area with French doors that opens to a screened deck overlooking the tropical paradise. This is the upper level of the house and offers a serenity garden for sitting outdoors in a very peaceful quiet setting. The beach is a short 200 yards walk away.


Cape Harbour Luxury Condo 
Newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with beautiful new quartz counter top in the fully equipped kitchen. Extra attention was given to supplying new small appliances including a coffee pot, hot water pot and extras. Special care was taken in the superb decorating. All new furniture was added inside and also outside on the private screened lanai that stretches from the living room area to the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors from both rooms offer exquisite water views. Besides the fully equipped kitchen, the unit offers a luxurious master bedroom suite with a large walk in closet, spacious master bathroom that includes tub, shower two sinks & private toilet room. There's a decent size dining area and living area perfectly furnished with a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom is also comfortably decorated and the second bathroom is close by with a big shower. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and there's a laundry room for the convenience of the guests. Free parking is provided for up to two vehicles. Cape Harbour offers three restaurants, a gourmet market, shopping and an art gallery. The outdoor restaurant has live entertainment three nights per week. There's also a coffee house that serves breakfast and lunch.

  1. I agree with the majority of Florida. I do want to mention the Miami [MIA] is a MUST! I've going since I was a kid and I never grow tired of it. A truly special place.
