open to the dining area so there's plenty of space for everyone to be
comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is large enough for preparing
meals for the entire group of guests. There's a breakfast bar with a few
stools for more seating. The sofa bed is located in the family room
that's perfect for relaxing and watching TV separate from the activity
in the other part of the house. Outdoors is both a charcoal grill and a
propane grill. Beach chairs, beach cart, 2 umbrellas and towels are
included. There's a washer and dryer in the unit.
