Cape Harbour Luxury Condo #816

Newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with beautiful new quartz counter top in the fully equipped kitchen. Extra attention was given to supplying new small appliances including a coffee pot, hot water pot and extras. Special care was taken in the superb decorating. All new furniture was added inside and also outside on the private screened lanai that stretches from the living room area to the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors from both rooms offer exquisite waterviews. Besides the fully equipped kitchen, the unit offers a luxurious master bedroom suite with a large walk in closet, spacious master bathroom that includes tub, shower two sinks & private toilet room. There's a decent size dining area and living area perfectly furnished with a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom is also comfortably decorated and the second bathroom is close by with a big shower. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and there's a laundry room for the convenience of the guests. Free parking is provided for up to two vehicles. Cape Harbour offers three restaurants, a gourmet market, shopping and an art gallery. The outdoor restaurant has live entertainment three nights per week.
