SCHOOL'S OUT FOR THE SUMMER!  Are you traveling with children this summer?  Here are some great tips to keep your children having fun and keep your sanity! 



1. Bring new toys and books.
2. Use the technology made available to you.
3. If you have your own technology, bring it.
4. Pack for individual diaper scenarios. 
5. Have your child travel in footie pajamas. 
6. Bring a spare t-shirt for yourself. 
7. Forget the pacifier wipes, but bring a hand cleanser. 
8. Bring one carry on, and only one carry on.
9. If your child is old enough, do however, let them bring their own carry on.  
10. Bring snacks. 
11. If you have an infant, use the baby carrier of your choice.
13. Stick to a routine.

PELICAN'S PERCH
 

Beautiful sunsets from two decks overlooking the water makes this a wonderful place to relax with family & friends and enjoy the outdoors. Heated pool and integrated spa plus a dock for fishing and a gazebo with a hammock for taking a siesta any time of the day! The beach and Times Square are a short 3 minute walk away. SEA COTTAGE
 

On the upper level of the house is a master bedroom with King bed, guest bedroom with two full size beds, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area. There's a fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. Living room furniture is new and includes a full size sofa and love seat sofa bed. Plenty of lighting plus a large flat screen TV with Dish TV system. There's another flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Internet and WiFi included. On the back of the house is a large porch with screening all around. On the lower level is a laundry room and second bathroom with shower. This location is at the North end of the Island and very close to Times Square. Walk to restaurants, pubs, shoppes, fishing pier, entertainment, etc. Lots of water sports available nearby.

Beautiful efficiency located close to Times Square and within walking distance of the beach, shoppes, restaurants, pubs, entertainment, etc. King bed with privacy wall separates the sleeping area from the kitchenette & living area. Sofa bed opens to accommodate a child. Private bathroom and use of a separate laundry room. Large outdoor deck with furniture and propane grill. Kitchenette includes toaster oven, refrigerator, mugs, dishes, silverware. Full sink and counter plus cabinets. Full size closet. Off street parking provided. Trolley stops at the end of the street.
