Located at the southern end of Estero Island where you can enjoy a relaxing vacation. The resort amenities include a gorgeous heated pool, large sun tanning area with ample lounge chairs or sit in the shaded picnic area with plenty of tables. The common room overlooks the pool and one of the best white sandy beaches. You can't beat the great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park right adjacent to the Beach Club. Don't forget about all the great water activities to enjoy including fishing, dolphin watching and all sorts of water sports. There's some of the best shell collecting right next door at Lover's Key. HIBISCUS COTTAGE

Bright tropical decor with a spacious living area, sofa bed and large TV.  Fully equipped, newly renovated galley kitchen. Comfy Queen size beds in both bedrooms.  Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a large vanity and separate water closet with walk in shower.  Through the sliding glass doors from this room is the entrance to the beautiful screened,heated pool.  The pool faces south and gets lots of sun.  Outdoor dining, pool towels provided plus gas barbeque grill. The community park and fishing dock are just 2 doors down. The beach is a short 5 minute walk, easily access the trolley that runs up and down the island. Well maintained community is just minutes to restaurants, shops, trolley stop, public golf course, full-service marina, pharmacy and library. CVS is adjacent to the complex and Santini Marina Plaza is next door featuring numerous restaurants, shops, hardware store & more.

Bringing the kids on your next beach getaway?  Check out these great activities to keep your children entertained at the beach. 




13 Beach Activities for Kids

1. Build a sandcastle. Be sure to pack little figurines (princesses, dragons, etc.) and make the castle come to life!
2. Have a scavenger hunt. List items to find such as seashells, snails, rocks, etc.
3. Pack a ball and play beach soccer or kickball. Be mindful of others if the beach is crowded.
4. Bring a boogie board. Ride the waves!
5. Send your kids on a treasure hunt. Bring coins or objects and hide them in the sand and around your area for your children to find.
6. Hold an obstacle course/relay race. This is good exercise and can be as easy as jumping over buckets or towels, running to the water to fill up a bucket and bring it back, etc.
7. Draw hopscotch in the sand. Use a seashell as a marker.
8. Play tic-tac-toe. Draw the game board in the sand.
9. Have a family picnic. Packing lunch? Bring a blanket and eat picnic-style!
10. Collect items and have your child count them. Take away and add to work on math skills.
11. Go for a walk along the shore. See what living animals (snails, starfish, crabs, seagulls) you can spot.
12. Take a moment to relax. Find a shady area or get under a tent/umbrella and read your child one of their favorite books.
13. Collect shells. Find pretty seashells for art projects that will make for great weekend activities later in the summer.

Ready for your next beach adventure but not sure what to pack?  Check out these great tips on what to pack for your next beach vacation.  Make sure to check out a few of our featured beach retreats below and book your stay today with BEACH RETREATS FMB.

If you plan your wardrobe out in advance, you are far less likely to overpack or forget a key wardrobe item behind. Preferably, try on the items you would like to pack two weeks in advance. If it’s for Spring Break, just consider this your seasonal “what fits” time that we all have to go through. Try on your white jeans, white tees,  dresses, skirts, bathing suit and coverups. Look them over carefully and make sure that white tee doesn’t need to be replaces (it likely does!). If you need to purchase anything, you’ve got two weeks. If you are down to only three days out … far better than three hours out! Remember these travel necessities, but also know a drugstore is never far away:

• Travel size toiletries
• Stain remover wipes
• Feminine hygiene needs
• Cosmetics/skincare
• Medicines if needed
• Download, borrow or buy a good beach book
• Consider leaving sunscreen and magazine purchases for the beach
