The Fort Myers Beach Film Festival is back for its 11th year,
attracting independent film fans, filmmakers, and distributors to spend
five fabulous days and nights on the Gulf beaches of Fort Myers Beach,
Florida. Attendees come from all over the world to exchange ideas,
make new contacts, and enjoy some compelling and interesting films

The 22nd Annual Taste of the Beach will be held Sunday May 7, 2016 on Old San Carlos Blvd. just down the street from Times Square. Restaurants will offer samples of their signature dishes available for purchase and compete for top Taste of the Beach Award honors in the categories of Best Appetizer, Best Beef or Veal Dish, Best Seafood Dish, Best Chicken Dish, Best Dessert, Best Decorated Booth, and People's Choice. Gates open at 11:00 a.m. Food
will be served until it runs out or at 4:00 p.m. Tickets will be
available on site. Admission is $5 for adults and children over 12.
Children under 12 are free. Food tickets will be $1.00 each, with a $5
average food serving price. Live music will be provided from 12-4pm.
