as Fort Myers Beach
(the home of the largest shrimp boat fleet on the Gulf
Coast of the United States)
celebrates its shrimp industry. The festival begins at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11 with a two
mile parade marching down Fort
Myers Beach’s
main thoroughfare, Estero Blvd.
The parade will travel from the Fort Myers
Beach Elementary
School to Lynn
Hall Park
next to Time Square. From 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Lynn Hall Park the
Lion’s Club will be offering its famous shrimp dinners, featuring locally
caught wild shrimp from the Fort Myers Beach shrimp fleet. Over 100 arts and
crafts and fun food vendors will be selling their wares on and near the beach
at the festival site. The festival continues on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
with arts and crafts vendors, fun food and the Lion’s Club selling more shrimp
dinners until they run out! It’s a great family event! Park on San Carlos Blvd at the Lee
Tran Beach Trolley lot at the old Winn Dixie Shopping center at San Carlos Blvd

The Starfish Cottage
Brand
new studio apartment that sleeps two adults. Beautifully decorated and
fully furnished. Only five houses from the main road and close to beach
access. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs, Time Square,
shops, entertainment, fishing, water sports and more!
The Sea Cottage
On
the upper level of the house is a master bedroom with King bed, guest
bedroom with two full size beds, and a full size sleeper sofa in the
living area. There's a fully equipped kitchen and large dining area.
Living room furniture is new and includes a full size sofa and love seat
sofa bed. Plenty of lighting plus a large flat screen TV with Dish TV
system. There's another flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Internet
and WiFi included. On the back of the house is a large porch with
screening all around. On the lower level is a laundry room and second
bathroom with shower. This location is at the North end of the Island
and very close to Times Square. Walk to restaurants, pubs, shoppes,
fishing pier, entertainment, etc. Lots of water sports available nearby.
