Beautiful efficiency located close to Times Square and within walking distance of the beach, shoppes, restaurants, pubs, entertainment, etc. King bed with privacy wall separates the sleeping area from the kitchenette & living area. Sofa bed opens to accommodate a child. Private bathroom and use of a separate laundry room. Large outdoor deck with furniture and propane grill. Kitchenette includes toaster oven, refrigerator, mugs, dishes, silverware. Full sink and counter plus cabinets. Full size closet. Off street parking provided. Trolley stops at the end of the street.

HIBISCUS COTTAGE

 
Bright tropical decor with a spacious living area, sofa bed and large TV.  Fully equipped, newly renovated galley kitchen. Comfy Queen size beds in both bedrooms.  Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a large vanity and separate water closet with walk in shower.  Through the sliding glass doors from this room is the entrance to the beautiful screened,heated pool.  The pool faces south and gets lots of sun.  Outdoor dining, pool towels provided plus gas barbeque grill. The community park and fishing dock are just 2 doors down. The beach is a short 5 minute walk, easily access the trolley that runs up and down the island. This is a pet-friendly house (restrictions apply).

Beautifully decorated, furnished 2 bedroom unit with beautiful heated pool. Fully furnished huge kitchen with gorgeous granite counter-top. Propane stove for cooking. Awesome fireplace with historical value in the living room. All linens and towels included. Bright and colorful to make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. So close to the beach....just cross over Estero Blvd. & you're there. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler provided to take with you! Use of the yard for BBQ and outdoor seating.
